On the ground floor: a spacious living room with a fireplace, a lounge with a television, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a double bedroom with a private shower room (shower, sink, toilet), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large communal shower room with 2 separate showers, 2 separate toilets, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (2 single beds), a triple bedroom (3 single beds), and a bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds).
On the garden level, you will enjoy the game room with foosball and children's games.
Outside, there is a terrace, garden furniture, an umbrella, a barbecue, sun loungers, and secure access to the river.
Parking is easy on the street, with the possibility of parking one car in the courtyard.
Beds will be made upon arrival, household linen is provided, and heating, electricity, and wood are included in the price.
The owner, who is a winemaker, will be pleased to offer a cellar visit/tasting upon reservation and for an additional fee.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gîte est idéal pour un groupe, les couchages très confortables, tout équipé, très propre. La maison a été rénovée entièrement. Le village est très joli et permet de belles balades. Accueil très sympathique également. Merci!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans le Gîte de Benoîte. Un grand merci pour l’accueil ! Le gîte est très confortable et super bien équipé. Un seul regret, ne pas avoir eu la possibilité de rester plus longtemps pour découvrir la région. Nous comptons bien revenir !

Superbe gîteTrès confortable, spacieux, refait à neuf!Tout est bien pensé, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la table à manger très grande pour les repas en grand nombre et le salon très cosy!Et la Seine qui passe juste devant les fenêtres !!! Très paisible...Nous y avons passé en famille un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce gîte à 100%
