Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The house is just 200 m from the Moselle River and 250 m from the famous Reichsburg in the center of Cochem—a perfect location.
The Klotten wildlife and leisure park, home to one of Europe’s tallest water slides, is only a short drive away.
Beautiful outdoor pools nestled between the mountains and an indoor pool are also just minutes away by car. Free public parking is available on Jansstraße and Kälberger Straße; there are no parking spaces directly at the house.
Please note: At the parking areas near the primary school and cemetery, a parking disc is required (08:00–18:00, move every 3 hours). Parking garages are available in town for an extra fee. One or two pets are allowed (on request and for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property values sustainability and features energy- and water-saving amenities.
