Très bien situé, vue magnifique sur l'océan. Très propre, très bien équipé. Parking ombragé clos entretenu. Immeuble très calme er silencieux.
Premier étage sans ascenseur.
Agence déportée à Pornic.

Appartement très agréable
-juste la paroi en position ouverte de douche laisse peu de place pour entrer environ + de 35cm.
-Pour moi pas de problème mais lit 140 très ferme
Le fait que l'appartement soit traversant permet de faire circuler l'air, les chambres étant sur l'arrière très au calme.
Nous reviendrons certainement

Prima appartement met uitzicht op de oceaan.
Er was helaas geen reservebatterij aanwezig voor de afstandsbediening van het hek, waarachter onze auto geparkeerd stond. Gelukkig hadden we fietsen mee zodat we bij de supermarkt een nieuwe batterij konden kopen, zodat het hek weer open kon en we de auto weer konden gebruiken.
