Living/bedroom with adjoining breakfast kitchen (2-burner hob, fridge, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle, toaster etc.) microwave and oven are located in a shared kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC.Microwave and oven are located in a shared kitchen, and bathroom with shower/WC.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house, satellite TV
Bed linen and towels are included
Shared use of the mega-balcony (accessible for 3 flats via the hallway). It is approx. 11 m long and approx. 3.5 m wide. Protected by a 1.20 m high balustrade, you can enjoy every ray of sunshine even on windy days. Balcony furniture is available.
The special feature of this flat is the view!
Even in the early morning, when the first rays of sunshine smile into your approx. 2 m wide window, you can enjoy the view over miles of open East Frisian countryside (on a clear day as far as Wilhelmshaven, which is 40 km as the crow flies).
