La Volière is a holiday home surrounded by vineyards, an ideal getaway for wine lovers and those seeking a peaceful, picturesque setting, not overlooked, yet close to shops and restaurants.


A 5 min drive from the idyllic Provencal village of Cotignac - weekly market all year round, flea markets, concerts and open-air film festival during the holiday seasons and 40 min from Lac Ste Croix and the Gorges du Verdon.


The Bastide offers a surface area of over 115m2 over two levels for the main building and 35m2 for the annexe, set in grounds of around 10000m2.


On opening the front door, you will find a lovely, light-filled lounge with television on the left. To the right is a lovely dining room followed by a large open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the main south-facing terrace.


We can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom
On the ground floor, there is a lovely double bedroom (bed 180x200) with en-suite bathroom and French doors leading out to the garden.

On the 1st floor, on the right as you leave the stairs, there is a large double bedroom (bed 180x200) with en-suite bathroom and a dominant view over the vineyards.

The annex is located by the pool and has a comfortable double bed (140x190), a shower room and a kitchenette.


Outside, you will enjoy a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants.


There are several outdoor dining areas
- directly next to the kitchen, an outdoor table with parasol is the ideal spot for early-morning breakfasts

- a large stone table set under a majestic lime tree for summer meals (gas plancha available).


For your private use, a large outdoor swimming pool (dim. 10mx5m) offers a refreshing place to relax on hot summer days. A roller shutter ensures the safety of younger children, and sunbeds are set up around the pool to make the most of the sunshine.


As well as wine tasting, visitors could enjoy bike rides through the vineyards, local cookery classes, cellar tours and outdoor picnics.


La Volière is the ideal place to relax, explore local culture and savour local delicacies.

End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory, intermediate cleaning may be considered on request.

Linen is optional (2 bath towels, sheets and kitchen towels) and swimming pool towel
