La Volière: Fully Equipped Superb Bastide with Private Pool, Wifi.
Sleeps 6, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. La Volière is a holiday home surrounded by vineyards, an ideal getaway for wine lovers and those seeking a peaceful and picturesque setting, completely private, yet close to shops and restaurants.
It is located 5 minutes from the idyllic Provençal village of Cotignac (year-round weekly market, antique fairs, concerts, and open-air cinema festival during holiday seasons) and 40 minutes from Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon. The Bastide offers over 115m² of living space across two levels in the main building and 35m² in the annex, set on approximately 10,000m² of land.
Upon entering the front door, you'll find a bright and beautiful living room with a television on the left.
To the right is a lovely dining room followed by a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen opens onto the main south-facing terrace. We can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom: - On the ground floor, there is a beautiful double bedroom (180x200 cm bed) with an adjoining bathroom and French doors leading to the garden. - On the first floor, to the right as you exit the stairs, is a large double bedroom (180x200 cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a commanding view of the vineyards. - The annex is located by the pool and features a comfortable double bed (140x190 cm), a shower room, and a kitchenette. Outdoors, you will enjoy a well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants.
Several outdoor areas are set up for your meals: - Very close to the kitchen, an outdoor table with an umbrella is the perfect spot for early morning breakfasts. - A large stone table set under a majestic lime tree for meals during the summer (gas plancha grill available). For your private use, a large outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) offers a refreshing place to relax on hot summer days.
A roller shutter provides safety for young children, and sun loungers are arranged around the pool for sunbathing. In addition to wine tasting, visitors can enjoy cycling through the vineyards, local cooking classes, winery tours, and outdoor picnics.
La Volière is the ideal place to relax, explore local culture, and savor regional delicacies. Additional charges apply: - End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.
