- Bathroom equipped with practical shower, washbasin with mirrored drawers and wc.

- Independent kitchen with very functional gallery and fully equipped with all necessary utensils (washing machine, dishwasher, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...).


- Duplex terrace where you can enjoy on the ground floor table and chairs for 4 people and on the 1st floor with access by stairs an impressive outdoor solarium area with 4 wonderful sun loungers.



It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel. Coffee capsules and 1.5l. bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood
The Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as in the winter. At 100 metres from the flat there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez ...

You will enjoy the proximity of the orchard of Valencia, which dates back to the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already grown in Roman times, cereals, vines, olives, rice and tiger nuts are added as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergines and artichokes.




How to get around
A bus stop (lines 19 - 31), taxi and bicycle lane are available just a few metres away from the flat.




House rules

- Respect rest hours, from 22:00h to 10:00h.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. The timetable for depositing rubbish will be from Monday to Sunday (organic rubbish from 19:00h to 21:00h). It must always be done in closed bags and will not be deposited outside the container.
