Nice and spacious apartment with two bedrooms with ceiling fans, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate kitchen with a utility area.

The apartment is ideal for a fantastic family vacation, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's play areas, and less than 300 meters from the pharmacy, medical center, and tourist office. "BITÁCORA II" is a six-story building with an elevator, offering a squash court and a paved area surrounding the pool and its children's pool.
Located in the central area of Xeraco beach, at Plaza Poniente 2, just sixty-five meters from the fine sand of the beach. . Capacity: 4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ALLOWED, with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). Includes bi-weekly linen change.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having deposited the security deposit previously.
Departure and check-out from the accommodations must be before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The gentle slope entering the water is ideal for young children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshes.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
