Charming, air-conditioned family home of 120 m² in a quiet area of Biscarrosse Bourg, accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for a weekend, a week, or longer with family or friends.
The house is a 4-minute bike ride from the town center, perfect for shopping at the market, enjoying a coffee on a terrace, or exploring our beautiful cycle paths leading to the lake and the beach.
The house comprises an entrance hall, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi (the foosball table is no longer available), a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), three bedrooms (one with two king-size beds, one of which can be converted into two single beds, and one with a double bed), a shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals.
Parking is also available on the property (with an electric gate to be installed in April 2026). A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included. EXTRA SERVICES: Bed linen: from €20 per bed per week, bath kit: from €15 per person per week, high chair/cot: from €10 per week. Property managed by a professional.

A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region. It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days.

Maison très confortable dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme. Accès centre ville rapide en voiture ou vélo. Accès lac de Cazeaux rapide en voiture.
Attention à l'arrosage automatique du jardin en plein dîner qui ne nous avait pas été annoncé (surtout si vous êtes venus accompagné d'un chien et d'enfants).

Très bel espace de vie aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La localisation est idéale, au calme mais pas loin de la ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre chien dans cette jolie région que nous apprécions.
