Das Haus ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Viel Platz, alles im Erdgeschoss. Die Schlafräume oben sind aber nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Eine Toilette ist oben aber nicht vorhanden.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: ruhige Lage im Grünen, die Entfernung vom Zentrum und vom Strand überschaubar und leicht zu bewältigen. Innen ist das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist mit wichtigen Geräten ( Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner) bestens ausgestattet.
