2 Parc Wartha Avenue has a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seatng for five, a sitting room with TV, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single, along with a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture and unrestricted roadside parking. Within 0.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. This is a perfect base for exploring the west of Cornwall. Lovely pubs and restaurants are walking distance as are the train and bus station. The house itself is clean and very well equipped with everything you’d need for a stay. We did have a small issue but the owner was on it and the matter was dealt with no time at all.
