This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The residence is located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro districts of Lignano, consisting of 20 terraced houses on multiple levels (with internal spiral staircases) and is ideal for families.
The swimming pool for adults and children, equipped with sun loungers, is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September.
The apartments are situated in a large, green, tree-lined, and quiet area, each with 2 parking spaces.
The beach and the center of Sabbiadoro are approximately 1 km away.
A communal washing machine is available.
In the garden and pool area, there is also a "Light Wi-Fi" connection (for 2 devices, no streaming, no downloads). A communal barbecue area is available. The spacious 4-room terraced house type D-8 is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
On the second floor/attic, there is a twin bedroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor.
Here, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a small balcony.
A bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet is also located on the first floor.
In the combined living and dining area on the ground floor, there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people.
A second bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, cutlery, crockery, pots, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
End an eventful day together with the family on the furnished terrace with an outdoor fireplace.

Travel time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please check the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum stay duration for your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is naturally also possible (please inform us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is approximately 1 km from the accommodation.
The wide sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.
On the beach, you have the opportunity to play beach volleyball or table football.
Of course, you can also rent a pedal boat and enjoy the vast sea. In addition, there is a mini club on the beach, so your little ones can quickly make new friends from all over the world.
All in all, it is the ideal place to relax in the sun or engage in one of the sports activities.
The beach bar provides refreshment, where you can enjoy delicious drinks as well as a quick, refreshing snack.
Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The beach is also equipped with wide walkways, ensuring passage with a stroller. POOL The residence has an adult pool with an integrated children's area.
Sun loungers are available around the pool. FAMILY FRIENDLY The complex also features a beautiful garden for children to play in, as well as a children's area in the pool.
The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, can be reached on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Enjoy a walk with your family on the promenade of Lignano Sabbiadoro and be enchanted by the various street artists and impressions.
If you need a travel cot for your child, you can rent one on site. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay fit on vacation, the choice is yours: windsurfing, kite surfing, or perhaps a canoe trip? Of course, bicycles can also be rented in the town to explore Lignano Sabbiadoro conveniently on two wheels.
In addition, you will find a tennis court and horse riding facilities nearby. SHOPPING You can not only conveniently stock up on groceries and daily necessities on foot but also have various opportunities for strolling. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Take advantage of the excellent location of the residence and discover Lignano Sabbiadoro easily on foot. Not only is the beautiful sandy beach within a few minutes' walk, but also various shopping opportunities for a stroll with the family.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
The accommodation is strategically located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro districts. You can reach everything you need within walking distance from here. There are restaurants on every corner, bars on the beach and in town, as well as clubs. You are sure to find great clothes and souvenirs on the 5km long shopping street. In just a few minutes, you can reach the two theme parks, Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, which offer fun for the whole family. Nevertheless, do not forget the nature around Sabbiadoro! Sabbiadoro is known not least for its 8km long sandy beach, which has also been awarded the Blue Flag. But the small pine forests and the beautiful walking and cycling paths also provide recreation and relaxation. If you like harbours, you are in the right place! There are several harbours here with a total of 4000 berths. Nearby Bibione is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area and beyond. If you want to take a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let yourself be enchanted by a gondola ride, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark's Square and the famous Doge's Palace. If you simply want to switch off and relax, you will find thermal baths in Bibione itself, where 52-degree warm water springs from a depth of 500m. For those who prefer something wilder, the theme park Aquasplash in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano is recommended. For smaller children, the 3000m2 playground Rio Blu in Bibione is also suitable. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats, and much more. You will find restaurants, bars, and discotheques on every corner in Bibione. Culinary enthusiasts will be spoiled here! Several churches, palaces, and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or during a guided tour.
