The residence is located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro Lignano neighbourhoods, consisting of 20 terraced houses on several levels (with internal spiral staircase) and is ideal for families.

The swimming pool for adults and children, equipped with sun loungers, is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September.

The flats are located in the middle of a large green, tree-lined and quiet area with 2 parking spaces each.

The beach and the centre of Sabbiadoro are approx. 1 km away.

A communal washing machine is available.

There is also a "light Wi-Fi" connection in the garden and swimming pool area (for 2 devices, no streaming, no downloading).

A communal barbecue area is available.

The spacious 5-room terraced house type E-9 is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

There is a second bedroom on the second floor/attic floor and a spiral staircase leads to the first floor.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a small balcony, and one bedroom has a single bed.

A bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet is also located on the first floor.

In the combined living and dining area on the ground floor, there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people.

There is also a second bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave and a fridge with ice compartment.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro is about 1 km from the accommodation.

The wide sandy beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.

On the beach you have the opportunity to play beach volleyball or table football.

Of course you can also hire a pedalo and enjoy the large, wide sea.

There is also a mini club on the beach so that your little ones can quickly make new friends from all over the world.

All in all, the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or enjoy one of the sports activities.

You can cool off at the beach bar, where you can enjoy the most delicious drinks as well as a quick, refreshing snack.

Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.

The beach is also equipped with wide walkways so that prams can pass through.

POOL The residence has an adult pool with an integrated children's area.

Sun loungers are available around the pool.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The complex also has a lovely garden for children to play in and a children's area in the pool.

The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, can be reached on foot, by bike or by car.

Enjoy a walk with your family along the promenade of Lignano Sabbiadoro and let yourself be enchanted by the various street artists and impressions.

If you need a travel cot for your child, you can hire one on site.

LEISURE AND SPORTS If you want to keep fit on holiday, you are spoilt for choice: windsurfing, kite surfing or a canoe trip? Of course, bicycles can also be hired in the village to explore Lignano Sabbiadoro comfortably on two wheels.

There is also a tennis court and horse riding facilities nearby.

SHOPPING Not only can you easily stock up on groceries and everyday items on foot, but there are also various opportunities for shopping.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, filter coffee machine, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

If you prefer to eat in a restaurant, Lignano Sabbiadoro offers plenty of choice.

PETS A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed per accommodation.
