This beautiful vacation house is located in the picturesque and at the same time oldest settlement on Brac, in Skrip.
From the outside you can expect a traditional Dalmatian style with the famous Brac stones, while the interior is decorated with modern furnishings.
The house is spread over two floors.
You enter the sundeck with pool from the living room on the first floor, and there is also a nice terrace with tables and chairs for comfortable gathering.
The terraces on the second floor offer a breathtaking view of the sea.
The town is adorned with Roman towers and white roofs, rural architecture, and in the Museum of the island of Brac you can be introduced to the 3000 year old history of the place Skrip.
About 20 m from the house is CDB504.
A 100 m long gravel road leads to the house.

Przestronny, komfortowo wyposażony dom z pięknym widokiem panoramicznym. Duże sypialnie z łazienkami i wygodnymi łóżkami. Wspaniały, dobrze utrzymany basen i zewnętrzny prysznic z ciepłą wodą. Teren wokół domu zadbany, wiele roślin m.in. krzewy lawendowe, rozmarynowe i drzewo figowe:) Okolica bardzo spokojna i cicha.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus ruhig und abgelegen. Ein riesiger Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gutem Zustand und war sauber. Der Vermieter war super nett, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um Anliegen gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
