Three floors with interior stairs and in the attic the roof slope reaches down to 150 cm.
The interiors are beautifully furnished and suitable for two families of friends who want to visit together historical and cultural sights of the city and try Dalmatian cuisine in restaurants.
In the garden there is a swimming pool.
Nearby is the famous city beach Bacvice.
On the last 30 m to the house the path consists of a 2 m wide passage between buildings.
Besides the many sights and beaches that the wonderful city of Split has to offer, it is also worth taking a walk through the beautiful forest park Marjan.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus in perfekter Lage. Herrlicher Pool und üppiger Garten, top Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko war, dass das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss keine Türe hat und das Haus über die Stockwerke sehr hellhörig ist. Bei vollem Haus ist der Schlafcomfort in diesem Zimmer dadurch ziemlich eingeschränkt.

The house is very well equipped and also highly recommended due to its convenient location to the city centre! Attention: because of the very narrow access road, a larger van cannot drive in. There is a parking space for one car at the property.

Mooie ruime en luxe accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien , dichtbij centrum . Het was alleen jammer dat het zwembad door de hoge struiken niet zichtbaar was en dat er weinig ruimte was om daar om heen te zitten/ liggen en weinig loopruimte om het zwembad. Het heeft ons verblijf nu echter niet zo beïnvloed omdat de zon daar in oktober ‘ smiddags maar kort is verder volop genoten van het huis
