The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Calvi, this charming 78 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bunk bed (140×190, sleeps 4) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside: - A 42 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Take advantage of the beaches and sunshine for water activities such as paddle, jetski, boat trip. - Discover the surrounding area: the ruins of Occi, the Agriates Desert.
For the adventurous: quad bikes, 4x4 rides, hiking. - Annual event: Calvi on the Rock in July. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private underground car park.
A numbered space is available. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Calvi 1 km away (4 min by car) - Maritime station: Calvi 2 km (5 min by car) - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine 7 km (11 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site on the day of arrival). Die Zimmeraufteilung ist perfekt, das Wohnzimmer schön geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Am besten hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, von der man einen tollen Blick auf ganz Calvi hatte.

Les Aloes "Cet appartement correspond à 100% à l’annonce.
Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et avons apprécié le calme. Nous trouvions très agréable d’entendre le chant des oiseaux au réveil et de pourvoir profiter de la terrasse avec sa vue magnifique sur la citadelle de Calvi, le port, la mer, ...
