The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer offers this charming 70 m² house and outbuilding for rent, about 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 70 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace
- 20 m² veranda with table and 8 chairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower
30 m² outbuilding accessible from the garden, 20 steps from the main house:
Ground floor:
- Children's lounge with board games, TV with DVD player.
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190), bathroom with shower.
- separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 70 m² enclosed courtyard with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist activities: visits to the D-Day landing beaches, museums, etc.
- Sports: sailing club, tennis club, city park
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen station 24 km (28 min) away.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport 20 km (28 min) away.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Idéalement située, la maison est très belle et le jardin très mignon. Notre fils (4 ans) a beaucoup apprécié le lit en hauteur et la peluche de pieuvre qui lui a tenu compagnie ! Villa des Malons Ruhiges Haus im Hinterhof, großer Außenbereich mit Möbeln. Sehr spärlich eingerichtet, daher nicht ganz so gemütlich. Einige Mängel - das große Fenster vorne schließt nicht, Türgriffe fallen ab, Schubladen sind kaputt. Überzeugt hat mich vor allem die Lage, der Strand ist wirklich um die Ecke.
