The apartment is spread over two floors.
The rustic-style furnishings bring back memories of old farmhouses, without sacrificing modern comforts (TV and wifi).
In fact, La Lollaia, like all the apartments in the property, was made out of the barn of the old farmhouse.
Equipped with two independent entrances that lead directly to the large living room on the ground floor.
The kitchen is well equipped and also on the ground floor there are three double rooms, one of which has private access to the pool area, and a bathroom.
Upstairs, also accessible from the outside, is the master bedroom with bathroom.
Outside, contiguous to one of the entrances, is the private terrace with a canopy and a large table for outdoor dining in fine weather.
This property offers a shared outdoor area with amenities such as a fenced pool (open from 09.00 to 20.00), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy.
Guests have access to a soccer pitch, a tennis court, a table tennis court and sun loungers.
Chiassale is located between Chianti and the Crete Senesi. 10 parking spaces are available on the property.

It is a very nice venue, tennis place, soccer field, table tennis, pool. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape at its best. Very near to multiple little towns for dinner, etc.
Definitely will be back at some point.
