Welcome to Duingt!
Located 150 metres from the lake and just a two-minute walk from the historic centre of Duingt and all its shops, this fully-equipped flat is ideal for your holiday! The cycle path is just opposite the flat and the Duingt cycle café is 30 metres away if you wish to hire bikes. The residence has bike storage.
Duingt's two beaches are a 5-minute walk away.
Accommodation
Located in a residence built in 2023.
The tastefully decorated flat is on the 1st floor without a lift and has a terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. It is equipped with a television, WiFi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and storage.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the flat.
🅿️ A parking space is reserved for you outside as well as underground
Close to shops, restaurants, bus and cycle path you can leave the car in the condominium car park and set off to discover the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also known as "the pearl of the lake", Duingt is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.

Arrivals are welcome every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
