Bright apartment of 60 sqm located on the first floor (stairs to access) of the renowned Residence "La Mandolata", ideal for 4 people.
The residence is located in Lido Camaiore and offers a shared swimming pool and large garden, ideal for relaxing moments! A few steps from the promenade of Viale Ermenegildo Pistelli, easily accessible by bike.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette,
bathroom and patio.

The accommodation of 60 sq m is located on the first floor (stairs to access).
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe, split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed (one of which can be pulled out), table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, moka pot, kettle, microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- SHARED POOL with deck chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
The apartment can be booked with the apartment RED.
PLEASE NOTE: The washing machine is shared with the other apartments and is located externally.
SWIMMING POOL HOURS:
- Open from 10 June to 30 September, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Lido di Camaiore is the modern beach of the historic center of Camaiore.
It is located in a pleasant and quiet area that lies on the sea with a front of some km and is between Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta. We are in fact in the heart of Versilia, the famous coastal strip of the province of Lucca.
Here, between Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, there are plenty of opportunities to spend a pleasant holiday.

Der Pool ist super, die Gartenstücke sehr schön, gute Klimaanlagen, viele Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt
Falls man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, ist die Straße zur Unterkunft (vor allem mit Kindern!) ungeeignet. Es gibt keinen Bürgersteig und man muss am Rand der Straße gehen. Die Autos fahren sehr schnell und teilweise rücksichtslos an einem vorbei.
Falls man zum Strand will, gibt es nur einen ganz kleinen...
