La maison a tout le confort nécessaire pour se détendre (literie confortable, terrasse fermée ) et pour cuisiner, dans un environnement calme. Elle est très propre.
Il y a une clim réversible froid/chaud, importante hors saison été.
Elle est proche pour aller visiter Otrante et sa région.
