2-Room Holiday Apartment with 69m² on the 1st Floor of a 2-Family House.
WLAN. This bright and quiet 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor in a peaceful residential area.
The cozy living room invites you to relax or to enjoy a game at the dining table.
A TV is also available.
The large, fully equipped kitchen features a lovely dining area where you can enjoy your meals, coffee, or tea.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 200x200cm.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a raised toilet and includes a window.
The balcony faces south/west with a view of the gardens.
Parking is available opposite the house, and we have a space in the garage for bicycles. The apartment is conveniently located near the bus station, Wasserwerkswald (waterworks forest), shopping facilities, and the highway.
It is approximately 15-20 minutes away from the Weser beach, the city center, and tourist attractions such as the Klimahaus, Meditaraneo, Auswandererhaus (Emigration House), Maritime Museum, Harbor Museum, Zoo am Meer, City Sail Hotel with its observation deck, harbor tours, or the harbor bus, day trips to Helgoland with tax-free shopping, and the fishing port with numerous events and restaurants inviting you to linger.
In about 20-30 minutes, you can reach Duhnen-Neufeld with its wave outdoor pool and the Wadden Sea, and Duhnen with opportunities for shopping, relaxing, enjoying, and unwinding. We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday apartment.
