Spacious and bright apartment within the elegant "Borgo del Torchio" complex, spread over an area of approximately 30,000 square meters, complete with every facility, perfect for a family or group holiday for up to 8 people! The apartment welcomes guests into a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, armchair, dining table with chairs, and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and toaster.
The living area also opens onto a covered patio with a table, outdoor chairs, and a private garden.
The accommodation continues with the sleeping area comprising two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV, and wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower, while the lower floor, accessible via stairs, consists of a large room with a double bed, sofa, desk with chair, and a foosball table.
The basement also includes a second bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
The residence boasts a finely landscaped green area, 3 adult pools with waterfalls and a large jacuzzi, 1 children's pool, 3 tennis courts also usable for playing football, a kiosk/bar, concierge, and security.
The swimming pools within the resort are located on various levels and in different areas to ensure enough space and tranquility for families staying at the resort, and are available from June 1st to September 30th.

Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus and well-connected to the main attractions.
The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a cliff overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Rocca and Sasso Oriented Nature Reserve, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

La casa si trova in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare il lago. Il complesso residenziale è ben curato e dotato di piscine e campi da tennis
Ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare. La pulizia non ottimale in tutte le stanze. La stanza posta al seminterrato è molto umida.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Pools, nicht zu tief, daher auch prima für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Spielplatz war direkt um die Ecke.Leider hatten wir sehr viele Tierhaare auf der Couch und den Decken. Der Staubsauger war ziemlich verdreckt. Es gab keine Sitzauflagen für die Metallstühle auf der Terrasse und die untere Etage hat etwas muffig gerochen.
