Spacious and bright flat inside the elegant "Borgo del Torchio" complex, which covers an area of about 30,000 metres, complete with every facility, perfect for a family or group holiday for up to 8 people!


The flat welcomes guests to a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, armchair, dining table with chairs and flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. The living area also overlooks the covered porch, equipped with table, outdoor chairs and private garden.

The accommodation continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, flat screen TV and wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower while the basement, reached by a staircase, consists of a large room with a double bed, sofa, desk with chair and a table football. The basement is completed by the second bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.


Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, free wifi connection and fan.


The residence has a finely planted green area, 3 swimming pools for adults with waterfalls and a large jacuzzi, 1 children's pool, 3 tennis courts that can also be used for playing football, kiosk/bar, concierge and surveillance. The pools within the resort are located on various levels and in various spots to ensure enough space and tranquillity for the resort's family guests and are available from 1 June to 30 September. Swimming caps are required.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and in the hinterland the farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and holiday villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The settlement is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, which is the destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.


The flat is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only 45 minutes away by car.
