The main street with many regional shopping facilities and the bus stop for the short transfer to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railway or to the Scuol-Tarasp railway station can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.



The two-storey flat offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The spacious living room with open-plan kitchen on the upper floor impresses with its ceiling height and is flooded with light thanks to the skylights. The children will love their own play corner in the upper part of the living room and another highlight is the Swedish stove, which creates a warm atmosphere in winter. A comfortable sofa area and a Smart TV as well as a spacious dining area with a comfortable corner bench round off this living space. One of the four bedrooms is on the same floor. The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor. All are furnished with double beds. In one bedroom there is the option of adding a sofa bed to create additional sleeping space. There are also two cots available.



On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower/WC as well as the entrance area with storage space for skis or other sports equipment. The flat has broadband internet.



The house is child-friendly, with lots of games available. 2 highchairs, 2 cots, 1 cot and a pushchair are available on site. Wood is also at your disposal.


The surrounding area invites you to take short and long walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which begins practically on the doorstep. You can shop in the nearby local shops on the Stradun. The ski bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique pool and sauna area. Use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski run is only 850m away.


The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.
