We are strategically located: about 10 minutes walk from the Hospital and less than 10 minutes by car from the University.
The historic center can be reached via the cycle path or a walk along the city canal.
This property is the perfect solution for those looking for the convenience of the city without sacrificing tranquility. The house is structured on three levels connected by an iron spiral staircase - please be cautious if traveling with children. The interior space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, Moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, blender, hand blender, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils) and dining table; -> FIRST FLOOR - BEDROOM I with double bed, clothes stand, TV, split A/C, and shower; - BATHROOM I with sink, bidet, and toilet. -> SECOND FLOOR - BEDROOM II with two single beds, TV, split A/C, and shower; - BATHROOM II with sink, bidet, and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split in each bedroom), washing-dryer machine, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there is one step at the entrance of the apartment. Small pets are allowed. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. A great apartment only 20mins from the centre of Udine. Spread over three levels with a small kitchen on the ground floor and then two bedrooms. However there’s no lounge room or communal space where we could all sit and watch tv. Just the kitchen on the ground floor which isn’t as warm.
