You will stay in our holiday home, renovated in February 2021 and modernly furnished, spanning approximately 82m².

We have furnished our house to be particularly child and family-friendly.

You can spend your holiday in our house with a maximum of 6 people. We produce most of the electricity consumed in the house ourselves with a photovoltaic system on the roof. On the ground floor, there are extra-wide doors so that a wheelchair can access all rooms. The ground floor comprises the hallway, the kitchen with a large living room and adjoining terrace, and a bathroom with an accessible shower, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms.

One with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a pull-out bed.

Both rooms have large wardrobes.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with a single bed and a sofa. At the beginning of 2023, we replaced all mattresses in the bedrooms with new comfort foam mattresses and protected the windows with mosquito screens to offer you even more sleeping comfort.

All rooms in our holiday home are equipped with smoke detectors.

We have also taken care of our youngest guests.

ALL sockets in our house have integrated child protection.

The staircase is secured at the top with a stair gate. In the living area, you will find an extensive collection of games, including for children, as well as various books, children's books, and DVDs, which will make your stay in our house even more pleasant.

In the attic, there is also a Nintendo Switch with some games. 1 travel cot, 1 high chair, and a changing mat are also available in the house. On the south-west facing terrace with a large table and high-quality chairs for 6 people, and a large parasol, you can enjoy the sun completely undisturbed.

Right next to the terrace is a storage room with a large charcoal grill, and for visits to the beach/mudflats, sand toys are provided for the little guests. In the leisure area of the Seepark, you are welcome to use the indoor swimming pool free of charge with your children.

For our adult guests, a sauna and a steam bath are available for a fee.

In close proximity to the house, there is a free parking space for you. As a special feature, we have arranged for our guests free admission to the North Sea lagoon (May-September) and the Spielscheune (play barn); entry has already been paid for by us.

You can also use our beach chair (April-September) right by the water free of charge.

Bed linen is also included in the price.

The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, so your holiday can begin immediately. Our house is located about 200m from the sand/grass beach.

The North Sea lagoon is also only about 300m from our house.

You can reach this in about 5 minutes on foot. We hope you like our house and would be delighted to welcome you as our guests. You can spend your holiday in our holiday home of approx. 82m² with a maximum of 6 people.

The house was renovated in 2021, is modernly and particularly child and family-friendly furnished. It is located approx. 200 meters from the sand/grass beach.

The North Sea lagoon is also only approx. 300 meters from our holiday home.

You can reach this in approx. 5 minutes on foot. As a special feature, we have arranged for our guests free admission to the North Sea lagoon (May-September) and the Spielscheune (play barn).

You can also use our beach chair (approx. mid-April to September) right by the sea free of charge.

The staircase is secured at the top with a stair gate. Along the promenade at the Seepark, there are various small shops, a bakery, and a restaurant.

In the Seepark, there is a swimming pool that can be used free of charge.

The sauna and steam bath can be used for a fee. Our house is smoke-free and pet-free. Arrival from 3:00 PM, Departure until 10:00 AM
