Welcome to your family-friendly holiday home The house is located in the 1st row to the lake and offers a panoramic view of the lake, where swans, ducks and birds frolic in both summer and winter.

You can also swim in the lake and paddle on the lake in the house's own canoe. The holiday home is 135 square metres in size and has 4 bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m wide double bed.

One bedroom has been equipped with an additional television.

The two alcoves, each with 2 beds, lead off the living/dining room and are particularly popular with children as "sleeping caves".

However, with a mattress width of 80 cm, they also offer adults a place to sleep.

There is a sunny studio window above the dining table, which provides the living area with plenty of light.

A seating area invites you to linger and watch television.

Further armchairs are located right next to the patio door with a marvellous view of the water landscape.

The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cold days.

The house is equipped for a total of 12 people and there is a Stokke high chair and a travel cot for very young guests.

The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living/dining area.

It is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. There is a large shower in each of the two bathrooms with underfloor heating, and in one bathroom you will find a relaxing Scandinavian sauna and a whirlpool equipped with therapy jets.

Here you can relax wonderfully after a long day in the great outdoors.

This bathroom is also equipped with a washer-dryer. There is both an open and a covered terrace next to the house, where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy cosy barbecue evenings.

In addition to the house's own canoe for two adults and two children (please note, however, that use is at your own risk), other water sports activities are offered on the South Sea in the form of pedal boats and a wakeboard facility.
