On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a living room on one side, a dining room on the other, then a small kitchen (2 steps), and a shower room with WC (2 steps).
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms each have a 140 cm double bed, 2 bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with a 90 cm single bed.
Bathroom, WC and small games or rest room.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one is equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a baby bed and the other with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed.
Shower room, WC.
Oil central heating except on the 2nd floor where the heating is electric.
The boiler room where the washing machine is located is located in an outside lean-to. overloading prohibited On the heights of the Bosmie plateau with a lovely view of the meadows and in the distance the city of Limoges (20 mins), in a small residential hamlet, the completely independent house opens onto a terrace and a 2500 m² lawn enclosed by a wall.
On the countryside side, the enclosing wall, of low height, is not protected from the lower part of the meadow (2 m high).
This family home has the patina and charm of old buildings: beautiful oak staircase, parquet flooring with wide planks, large windows and high ceilings...
Part of the lawn, on the terrace side, is well shaded by beautiful trees for the hot summer days, the house with thick walls naturally retains the coolness.
In the Val de Vienne region, many watercourses, particularly popular with fishermen, crisscross meadows and wooded valleys.
Zoological Park 16 km away.
The Château de Losmonerie and its gardens or the proximity of Limoges also allow for beautiful heritage visits.

La maison est grande, très agréable. Nous étions nombreux, avec des enfants et l'endroit est vraiment très sympa, ballades à faire faciles avec des enfants, activités de plein air. Le jardin a une vue magnifique sur la région. Bref, nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux.

Séjour très agréable. Très bon accueil et propriétaires à l'écoute. Une maison avec du charme, spacieuse et conviviale donnant sur une magnifique vue panoramique. Grand jardin et possibilité de manger en terrasse.Nous recommandons pour des retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis.

Séjour très agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le salon est très convivial ainsi que la salle à manger. C est une maison assez ancienne qui a gardé son authenticité. La vue y est très agréable.
