Spacious, high-quality and very detailed design, a magical feel-good living world awaits you. Feel at home in the exclusive surroundings. And the fantastic sea view of the Veluwemeer is practically included.
The living area also includes an open-plan kitchen that has everything you need for cooking and breakfast.
On cold days, the additional, beautiful designer gas fireplace makes it really warm and cosy. This feature is available from September to May.
The modern living room has a sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs, table with 6 chairs and a large satellite HD TV with German channels.
In the cosy bedroom with box-spring double bed and direct access to the bathroom and dressing room, there is also a second bedroom on the opposite side, ideal for children (bunk bed) or adults, where the second bathroom is located. A staircase then leads to the gallery, where the 3rd bedroom is located - not full standing height (children will have their fun here).
The garden is completely fenced ideal for children and dogs playing (equipped with a garden table + 6 chairs and on the roof terrace there is a lounge)
Of course, the "Cube Royale" has a private, free car parking space right outside the door.
