Description of the apartment
The detached holiday home is very quietly situated on the edge of the forest and offers our guests a wonderful view over the Saar valley.
The house has a very nice, functional layout for two guests. An additional guest has a cosy little kingdom in the basement.
As soon as you enter, you are in the large living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a unique panoramic view from the large corner windows. From the dining room you can step directly onto the breakfast and sun terrace.
On the same level is the bedroom and separate toilet. A newly designed bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower is located in the basement.
SUB rental, 15 euros per day

The supply or preparation of fish is possible in the accommodation
Picnic area at our own pond (15 km away)
We are happy to provide tips on hiking, walking or cycling, gastronomy, shopping tips or sightseeing with advice.
Description of the accommodation
A good transport connection to Losheim with reservoir. The well-known hiking trails, Hunsrück-Höhensteig and the Tafeltour are within easy reach of the holiday home.
The holiday home is only 3 km from the Losheim reservoir and many hiking trails in the Hochwald. The Saarschleife and outdoor pool in Mettlach are 8 km away, the treetop path and Monclair Castle are 10 km away

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the following bank account up to 5 days before arrival.
In exceptional cases, cash payment is possible on site.
In the event of cancellation, fees will be charged in relation to the total price as follows.
14 days before arrival no costs
7 days before arrival 50% of the booking amount
2 days before arrival 90% of the booking amount
Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 24:00.
Departure is possible from 24:00 to 11:00.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over by depositing them in a key safe, the access code will be communicated to you when booking.
Pets are not allowed
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided on request (free of charge).
The basic price includes: Towels, bed linen, WiFi, final cleaning and parking
Discounts on overnight stays for longer stays are available on request.
