Welcome to our holiday home "Ida" in the Seepark Nordhorn, the water town in the countryside.

Enjoy your stay in our newly built holiday home on the edge of Nordhorn city centre in the park-like, bicycle-friendly landscape of Grafschaft Bentheim.

You can spend your holiday with up to six people in our modernly furnished holiday home with lake view. Here you will find an oasis of relaxation with sauna, whirlpool, fireplace and cosy seating areas in the house and on the terrace.

The rental prices are for 4 people.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.

Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

No pets allowed.
A car park is available free of charge.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen-living room with a large dining area and fireplace as well as a bathroom with whirlpool, shower and sauna. The utility room with washer-dryer is also on the ground floor. A large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electric hook-up for your bicycles.

In the living area, you can spend cosy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
In the wellness bathroom with sauna, whirlpool and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The underfloor heating rounds off the feel-good effect.

An additional guest WC can be found on the upper floor. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and a cosy sofa on the gallery.

Our house is the ideal starting point for an excursion by bike along the Fietsentour - a network of over 1200 km of cycle paths through the county of Bentheim.
Take boat trips on the Vechte or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pool.

The town of Nordhorn attracts with cosy cafés and restaurants as well as shopping facilities. All localities are within easy walking distance.
The zoo in Nordhorn is also a highlight. In addition, the nearby Netherlands invite you to go on excursions.
