Welcome to our holiday home "Hanna" in Seepark Nordhorn, the green water city.

The rental prices are for 4 people.
Electricity/water/heating are included. One large dog or two small dogs can be booked for an additional charge. Bed and bath linen and firewood can be ordered for a fee upon request. Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card.

Enjoy your stay in our newly built holiday home on the outskirts of Nordhorn's city center, in the park-like, bicycle-friendly landscape of the Grafschaft Bentheim region. In our modernly furnished holiday home with lake views, you can spend your vacation with up to four people.

Here you will find an oasis of relaxation with a sauna, whirlpool, fireplace, and cozy seating areas inside the house and on the terrace. On the ground floor, besides a spacious eat-in kitchen with a large dining area and fireplace, you will find the bathroom with a whirlpool, shower, and sauna.
Also on the ground floor is the utility room with a washer-dryer.
A large wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax.
Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles. In the living area, you can spend cozy hours with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. In the wellness bathroom with sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind.
The underfloor heating completes the feel-good effect. An additional guest toilet can be found on the upper floor.
There you will also find the two bedrooms with double beds and a cozy sofa on the gallery. Our house is the ideal starting point for a bike tour along the "Fietsentour" – a cycling network of over 1200 km through the Grafschaft Bentheim region.
