The roof terrace flat is also affectionately known as the "cosy nest" due to its size and furnishings. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide box-spring bed (2x 80 cm mattresses), a balcony facing the dyke and has a wonderful view of the marshes to the rear. The shower room with WC is tiled with quarry stone, which gives this bathroom under the roof a special charm. The living room and bedroom are connected via a smaller passage room, which offers additional storage space.
The sauna with shower is located in the separate entrance. (Can be used by 3 residential units in the house for a fee)
The flat with exposed roof beams has a large roof terrace with a view of the marshes and dyke. This flat is equipped with wooden floorboards and is suitable for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed here.
