The "Canal Salinas residential complex" is a small, modern development that stands out for the quality of its materials and finishes.
It is located at the northern end of Xeraco beach, directly on the beachfront with access to the sand.
It offers a lagoon-style swimming pool with a children's splash area, surrounded by lush gardens, with low-density occupation and construction, and a strategic location to enjoy tranquility and rest. The first-floor apartment features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (both with bathtubs), a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living-dining room with access to a large northeast-facing terrace offering fabulous views of the Costa del Azahar coastline.
Additionally, an internal staircase leads to a private 70 m2 rooftop terrace.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and TV. It has ceiling fans in all rooms.
A parking space is included. Capacity: 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom). This includes a linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
Key collection outside office hours is possible by requesting it in advance and having paid the security deposit beforehand.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 security deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment is inspected, or purchase a non-refundable €28 accidental damage waiver (insurance). Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to explore the region, which offers many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of pristine beach without buildings, is a unique experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found.
Don't forget about fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea channels, and rivers.
