Right on the shore of Lake Constance in Hagnau am Bodensee, Haus am See invites you to spend time together by the water. Enjoy the lake view from the balcony, while a public access point leads to the water and a natural beach. A sunbathing lawn offers a place to relax outdoors.
Spread over 2 levels, the 135 m² holiday apartment accommodates 8 guests, including a maximum of 6 adults. It has 4 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and another has a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The fourth room has 2 sleeping places measuring 90 × 200 cm each, reserved for children, as well as a desk. A bedside cot and high chair are available.
A generous sofa and rustic character make the living and dining area an inviting place to gather. The kitchen-diner has a seating area and is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and filter coffee maker, making shared meals easy to prepare. Wi-Fi and 2 TVs are also available.
The surroundings offer opportunities for walks, hiking and cycling. A museum is approximately 126 m away and a beach approximately 141 m away in a straight line; the supermarket is about 2.8 km away in a straight line. One private outdoor parking space in front of the building is included.

Uns hat vor allem die ruhige Lage der Wohnung mit dem wunderschönen Garten und dem direkten Blick auf den See gefallen. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock eines älteren Hauses liebevoll renoviert, hell und gemütlich ausgestattet.
Der Wasserdruck der Dusche wäre verbesserungsbedürftig.

Sehr schöne Lage am See! Sehr freundliche Untermieterin. Sehr altes Haus, aber sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung und tolles Design der Möbel. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Großer schöner Garten mit direktem Seezugang. Tolle absperrbare Fahrradunterbringung.
Schranktür links in der Küche ging leider nicht auf (Besen, Staubsauger?)
