The bright living room has a high-quality double bed (180x200cm), a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe for your personal belongings and a dining area for two people. The well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, 2-ring hob and sink fulfils all your culinary needs. The neat bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, toilet and top-loading washing machine for your convenience.
Enjoy the sun and relax on the spacious balcony with another dining area and an unrivalled view of Lake Constance. The cosy lounge sofa can be pulled out and transformed into a spacious sun lounger for up to two people.
A public lake access with bathing facilities is located directly in front of the house. The Lake Constance cycle path leads right past, ideal for sporty excursions to the attractive sights in the surrounding area. A pleasant stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade takes you to the centre of Überlingen with its Mantelhafen harbour, landing stage and historic marketplace in just 15 minutes on foot.
Free WiFi is available for guests, but pets are not allowed. Please note that the holiday flat does not have its own car parking space. However, loading and unloading is possible in front of the building. There are public car parks within walking distance, which can be used for a fee.

Die tolle Lage und Aussicht, die umfangreiche Ausstattung. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine tolle geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten ( Kaffetabs, Kleine Marmelade etc ) rundeten dieses tolle Apartment ab. Meine Frau und ich sind begeistert und wollen auf alle Fälle dort wieder Urlaub genießen.
Gute Lage, Sauberkeit miserabel.

Sehr unsauber, die Reinigungskraft sollte ausgetauscht werden. Beschädigungen am Waschbecken Unterschrank, die beim Benutzen der Toilette den Oberschenkel verletzen, alte Silikonnähte an der Duschwanne und und und.
