The holiday home extends over approx. 130 m² and offers space for 2 to 4 people. The spacious and bright living and dining room of 40 m² opens up to the south-facing outdoor terrace with two floor-to-ceiling balcony windows. In summer, spring and autumn, you can enjoy the spacious sun terrace of 50 m². Here you can start the day with a cup of coffee on the terrace lounge or the various seating areas. The highlight of our house is undoubtedly the heated outdoor whirlpool, which offers a breathtaking view of Lake Constance. The open fireplace in the living-dining area provides additional cosiness.

For your convenience, an underground car parking space is available. Pets are allowed on request, but this is a non-smoking flat. Please note that the whirlpool is switched off in the period 15 October - 15 April due to the risk of frost.
