Wonderful apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, on two levels and equipped with all comforts, including a large terrace overlooking the city and the hills.
The accommodation is located in a modern condominium complex with a shared swimming pool and garden.
Semi-central and convenient location: in 20 minutes on foot or by bus you can reach the escalator in Piazza Italia, from which to explore the historic centre.
Perugia Station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Parking space included! The 90m2 accommodation is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a goods lift and is made up as follows: - KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven, toaster and electric kettle - LIVING ROOM (there are 4 steps to access it) with sofa, armchairs and TV - ROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, internal BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle + RELAXATION AREA on the mezzanine (accessible from an internal staircase) with armchair and desk - BEDROOM II with two single bunk beds - BATHROOM II with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle - TERRACE.
Further services available to guests: uncovered parking space in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, ceiling convectors for heating/air conditioning in all rooms.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). To be shared with the other guests of the structure, the following are available: - Outdoor swimming pool open from May to September - External laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

We had a wonderful week in Perugia and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were beautiful, and we especially loved spending time by the lovely pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for your warm hospitality – we would happily stay here again!

Apartment was modern spacious and very bright. Excellent AC in all rooms. Beautiful garden and pool area. Quiet and relaxing . Streets around area are a bit dark and quiet at night if you’re on foot and using public transport to get to centre…

The location is very good . The property is very comfortable in a newly built block . The gardens and the swimming pool are great and really well maintained.
