Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an 800 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area... - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - An enclosed, shared 800 m² garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
The apartment is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant environment.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - All mountain activities - Thermal baths (indoor/outdoor relaxation pool, treatments and massages) - Visits to caves, wolf park... - Further information available from the Ax-Les-Thermes tourist office.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Ax Les Thermes train station, about 3 min by car - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 1h34 min by car.

Le Cèrvi We had a great few days stay. The house was exactly as described, very well equipped and really spacious. The outside space is a real bonus, as was being able to park in a private space. Lovely surroundings and a beautiful view over the mountains and the town is just a few minutes walk away.
