Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area… - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - An 800 m² enclosed shared garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant setting.

You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - All kinds of mountain activities - Thermal baths (indoor/outdoor relaxation pools, treatments and massages) - Visits to the caves, the wolf park… - Further information available from the Ax-les-Thermes tourist office Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Ax-Les-Thermes station, approximately 3 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, approximately 1 hour 34 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Accommodation rated 5 diamonds by the town hall - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - For your safety and that of the owners, a CCTV camera is positioned outside, facing the path leading to the small and large gates. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Très bel accueil de la part de Nathalie ! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à la montagne. Situé à deux pas des pistes et du village, le logement était bien équipé et répondait à nos attentes.

The location of house is very good, you are 5 min by walk to telecabin and village center. The staff was very kind, they explained everything when we arrived. The kitchen equipment is very good, they even have a machine for raclette. We stayed as two families and everything was good enough for our stay. They have games for kids, adaptor for toilette etc. We were very happy to choose this house.
