The living room consists of a fitted kitchen area (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). The living room area consists of a convertible BZ sofa (sleeps 1), a table, chairs. TV and internet in the accommodation. If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to note that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
