On the ground floor: a large entrance leads upstairs, a toilet with sink, a laundry room and a large living room with open kitchen giving access to the covered terrace and private grounds.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 90 cm beds which, on request, can be combined into a 180 cm double bed. They each have a private shower, sink and toilet.
A third bedroom also equipped with 2 separate 90 cm beds or a large 180 cm double bed has a small adjoining children's bedroom with a bed for children up to 7 years old with a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the river.
The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning, it is perfectly thermally and sound insulated. At the exit of the town of Saint Brice Sur Vienne, the vast land of the property, entirely enclosed, stretches between the river and the small railway line which supports around ten daytime shuttles between Limoges and Saint Junien.
The villa of Florian, Anne Sophie and their two children aged 4 and 6, is attached to a more recent building in which a comfortable gîte has been built.
A 12x6 m swimming pool is shared from May to the end of September.
The cottage opens onto a covered terrace and a large lawn completely private to the cottage and not overlooked.
Its sober and refined decor invites rest and sharing.

La piscine, la pétanque, la plancha, les canoës… il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un superbe séjour entre amis. Le logement est propre et récent, les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques, nous avons passé un excellent week-end en Limousin, merci à eux.

Nouveau gite ouvert en avril 2024. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'aménagement est bien pensé avec un haut niveau de confort. Les propriétaires, habitant la maison accolée au gite, sont discrets et respectueux de leurs hôtes.
