Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room (washing machine). 1st floor: entrance, 2 bedrooms, one with dressing room (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC, TV lounge, covered terrace of 43m². 2nd floor: mezzanine with games area, 3 bedrooms (4 single beds 90x190 cm including 2 bunk beds / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC.

Garden shared with the owner.
