Comfortable apartment located on the second floor, of three in total, of a walk-up building.
In 90 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people with a double bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living room.
The property is located in the heart of Parma's historic center (ZTL), within walking distance of the city's main monuments, such as the Duomo and the Palazzo della Pilotta.
It is located opposite the prestigious Regio Theater.
The interior space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA.Single-size sofa bed, 39" TV. Elegant kitchen with peninsula equipped with five gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, mocha, dishwasher, traditional oven, wine glasses and cooking utensils.

Wifi is not available. - From Parma Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 6 to “Viale Toschi Via Bettoli” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - From Parma station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 10 minutes. - If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at H24 Duc Parking car park, a 4-minute walk from the property. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. This is a beautiful bright airy apartment thst lookx very like the photos. It could use some care and attention to bring it to 5 star standard. What a shame there is no WiFi, otherwise I would have stayed longer. The location is great for access to the tourist areas but there is loud disco music many nights nearby.

Vi nød vores ophold i Parma. Lejligheden har en perfekt beliggenhed for at opleve byen til fods. Vi satte især pris på terrassen og aircondition. Det gjorde hele opholdet bedre i sommervarmen.

Stedet var mindre enn på bildene men fortsatt veldig fint hvertfall til den prisen vi betalte.

Verdens verste dusj trekker mye ned. Strålen var så hard at det gjorde vondt og bestemte temperaturen selv. Samt ingen forheng gjorde hele badet vått hver gang noen skulle dusje. Motsatt i...
