This beautiful villa with sauna is located in the center of the lively seaside resort of De Panne in the quiet villa district of Dumont. The dunes and the beach are within walking distance from the accommodation.The accommodation is not far from the main street with its many stores, restaurants and cafes. De Panne is surrounded by a beautiful wide beach and nature reserves, a unique setting for the most beautiful walks! With the coastal streetcar you are in no time in other attractive and famous seaside resorts!
The classically furnished living space is fully equipped for up to 24 people. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a filter coffee maker. There are ample sanitary facilities. On the first floor there is a toilet. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, a wonderful sauna for complete relaxation and a toilet. On the second floor you will also find a toilet and a shower.
In total there are eight bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, single bed and a sink and the other bedroom has a bunk bed (passage through the first bedroom). On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one with bunk beds and three single beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with two single beds and a sink. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has two single beds with a sink, one bedroom has four single beds and a sink and the last bedroom has two bunk beds.
The accommodation is surrounded by a fully fenced garden. The terrace is equipped with several tables and chairs for 24 people. There are also aantallig chairs and a large barbecue. Furthermore, you can park four cars at the villa.

• Sports clubs, student associations and youth groups (up to 25 years) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 24 years.
• During school holidays this accommodation can only be booked for weeks from Friday to Friday.

De Panne is a beautiful Belgian seaside resort with a beautiful wide white beach where you can sunbathe, swim, fish or practice beach sports. A tram runs along the entire coastline, taking you from seaside resort to seaside resort. Take lovely walks or bicycle rides through the dunes on one of the many marked routes. For a great day's shopping, head to historic Dunkirk in France or World Heritage city Bruges, rich in beautiful museums, monuments, city parks and impressive architecture. Take a long city walk or take a boat on the canals. In short: there is plenty to do here!
