The villa is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of nature in the Euganean Hills and a short walk from the wonderful spa of Abano and the historic center of Abano Terme. Also nearby there are numerous golf courses.


The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, three bathrooms, patio equipped with table and chairs.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

The city is divided into two centers: one historic (Abano Vecchia or Abano Centro) and the other purely tourist (Abano Nuova). The historic center is developed around the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. The accomodation is located in the area of Abano Vecchia, very convenient to reach the center. Perfect area for spas and excursions to the Euganean Hills.

Just 8 minutes away by foot from the apartment, you can find the Sartori Mask Museum, where a part of the precious collection of theathral masks is on display, masks produced by the sculptors Amleto and Donato Sartori in more than 80 years of creative activity, along with an amazing quantity of masks, original geo-ethno-anthropological masks and works from the most varied cultural areas of the world.

The flat is a stone's throw from bars and pizzerias, from the San Lorenzo pharmacy (280 m by foot).


Abano and Montegrotto Terme are Europe's oldest and most important spa and have been a tourist destination for more than 2000 years due to the hot thermal waters and healing mud with important therapeutic properties. These two adjacent cities are located in an area to be visited.

HOW TO REACH ABANO

By car

For those travelling on the A4 Torino-Trieste motorway, the recommended exit is Padova Ovest, whether you are coming from Milan or Venice; from here you continue to the west ring road (Corso Australia) along it in a south direction until you take the new road to Abano that in a couple of minutes leads to the large roundabout at the entrance of the spa.

Those arriving from the A13 motorway (Bologna-Padua) can exit at Terme Euganee, take the SS Adriatica towards Padua until taking the junction of the new ring road that quickly leads to the spa.

Possibility to park on site, two parking spaces also suitable for SUVs.


By Train

The nearest railway station is Terme Euganee in Montegrotto. Otherwise equally convenient is the Padua station, on the Milan-Venice line, where all trains stop. The bus lines A, AT, M, T, TL to Abano (journey time 37 minutes) leave from the station square every 15 minutes. Both stations have taxi service.


By Plane

Even the plane can be the right way to reach Abano. The nearest airport is Venice (45 Km) where the major national and international airlines stop. The international airports of Treviso (55 Km) and Verona (97 Km) are also close enough to reach.
