- A relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed, which can serve as an extra bedroom on request, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and WC (can be separated from the rest of the space by closing a glass partition)
- A utility room - A separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden.

- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach is 20 minutes away), the countryside and the mountains.
The villages of Ascain, Sare and Espelette are right next door.
Spain is about fifteen minutes’ drive away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Two additional guests can be accommodated on the ground floor by converting the lounge area into a comfortable extra bedroom.
