Nestling in a green setting and bathed in light, this house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Ideally located for exploring the Basque Country, you'll enjoy the immediate proximity of picturesque villages such as Espelette, while being just 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the ocean. Designed to accommodate 6 travellers (4 adults and 2 children), this house has a 27m2 living area, lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
There is also a garden of around 800m2 and a Finnish sauna.
Wifi (fibre optics) and linen are included.

The accommodation is made up as follows: Ground floor - A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. - A dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher dishwasher, kitchen piano with gas hob... - A relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bedroom on request. with en-suite shower room and WC (can be separated from the rest of the room by a glass roof). - A utility room - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bathtub with bath, shower, WC and balcony overlooking the garden. - Bedroom 2: Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: Room with two single beds - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair and cot (on request), fans... on request), fans, etc. Activities : - The Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle lake offers various activities with its beach, walks/running and supervised swimming in summer, large aquazone, accrobranche, pedalos, padel... - Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach 20 min away), the countryside and the mountains.
The villages of Ascain, Sare and Espelette are just a short close by. Spain is a fifteen-minute drive away. - Sports and cultural activities... - Little train to go up the Rhune from April onwards - Hiking/walking nearby with beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the ocean - Ideal location for cyclists: route des crêtes right next door - Kinka sports centre 10 minutes' drive away Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate two vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz stations are 20-25 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Biarritz airport about 30 minutes by car and San Sebastian airport 40 minutes. Other points to note: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - Two other people can be accommodated on the ground floor by converting the relaxation area into a comfortable extra bedroom. - The house is equipped with monoxide detectors. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with the owner).
