Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 150 m² architect-designed house to rent in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Bathed in light, it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a lounge, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:

- A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, etc.
- A relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC (can be separated from the rest of the room by closing a glass roof).

- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and balcony overlooking the garden.

- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- The Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle lake offers a variety of activities with its beach, walks/running and in summer swimming, very large "aquazone", accrobranche, tyroliennes, pedalos, padel, ponies.
- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach 20 minutes away), the countryside and the mountains. The villages of Ascain, Sara and Espelette are just next door.
- Many sporting and cultural activities...
- Little train to go up the Rhune.
- Hiking/walking nearby with great views of the hills and ocean.
- Ideal location for cyclists: route des crêtes just next door.
- Tennis court nearby
- Kinka sports centre 10 minutes' drive away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to two vehicles of all types.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Biarritz station, about 25 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, about 30 minutes by car.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

La Senpere "🙂 La terrasse extérieure donnant sur un petit parc arboré est très agréable.
