The holiday apartment is located in a sunny and quiet area above Ftan-Grond. The bus stop and the lifts are approx. five minutes away by foot. There is a direct connection into the skiing area Scuol – Motta Naluns. With good snow conditions, you can take the valley descent until directly in front the house. Shopping options are nearby. Ftan is a typical Engiadina village with approx. 500 inhabitants. It is situated away from the hustle on a beautiful sun terrace. There is a big forest directly next to the house and you can reach the unique mineral bath in Scuol within 10 minutes by car. Frequent bus connection to Scuol.
