There is a direct connection into the skiing area Scuol – Motta Naluns. With good snow conditions, you can take the valley descent until directly in front the house. Shopping options are nearby. Ftan is a typical Engiadina village with approx. 500 inhabitants. It is situated away from the hustle on a beautiful sun terrace.
