House: Very beautiful, comfortable wooden chalet with sauna and internet. 5-room house with 100 m² living space over 2 floors. Typical chalet flair with beautiful wood panelling in all rooms. Free internet access via W-Lan. Electric heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor. 600 litres of hot water via 2 electric boilers. On the lower ground floor: sauna, separate studio (rarely occupied, does not use the sauna). Terrace with seating furniture. Large garden with play equipment, sitting area, barbecue.
Parterre: Beautiful living room (30 m²) with beamed ceiling, sitting area, satellite TV, DVD, dining table, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Double bedroom. Bathroom: shower, bath, toilet. Separate WC.
1st floor: double bedroom. Double bedroom with franz. Bed. 4-bed room with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom: shower, bath. Separate WC.
