Modern flat for 4 guests, with 40sqm terrace and fantastic sea views.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor and offers a wide view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac from the large terrace. The terrace also has a private hot tub, seating furniture and sun loungers. A large awning provides shade.
In the living area there is a kitchen with ceramic hob, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Sat TV and WiFi are available free of charge, as is air conditioning in all rooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180x200cm and has sea views and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also has sea views.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC, a hairdryer and a washing machine are available, as well as towels and bed linen.
Baby cot and high chair are available if required.
On the ground floor of the house there is a shared room, the konoba, equipped with a brick barbecue and seating area.
Swimming pool and sun loungers for shared use with other guests of the house (2 other flats in the house).

Appartement impeccable, accueil très chaleureux et personne très réactive. Malheureusement aucune photo ne peut reproduire la vue incroyable de cette grande terrasse, attention en arrivant à ne pas vous cogner la machoire par terre !!!! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, ou plutôt non, GRANDS OUVERTS !!!!

View magnificent and lovely with the jacuzzi on the balcony. Makes the otherwise quite long (and steep!) walk from the beach home well worth it. Kitchen a little scarcely equipped but nice with the gas stove on the balcony.
